"I have got my Philips TV & it's speaker repaired as paid service with 3 months warranty. As it was a paid service got prompt response next day technician visited, they took TV and after rectification delivered it in 4-5 days. Now it's in warranty and again their is issue with TV speaker, I am following up from last 2 weeks, but getting false promises and excused that today or tomorrow technician will visit. I am requesting Philips company to blacklist such authorised service centres which are damaging company image in front of its customers by creating such pathetic user experience."

"A little bit of confusion may occur over the location. Google may show the other side of the shopping arcade to your left/right, but it is right in the road you would be coming from. A board showing first floor is given. One technician and a receptionist were present upstairs. Bluetooth on my speaker was not functioning and the source button was also not working. Both were fixed with suitable cards. Highly recommended place!"

"Staff is very polite and helpful. Philips customer care is also very good, only problem is that it is their collection centre, they do not repair anything their. They will collect your device and it will take around 15 days to resolve the issue. But your problem will be resolved for sure."
